		Mountain Empire 2006 Quality District Mountain Empire is comprised of the four counties of Smyth, Wythe, Carroll and Grayson. We are currently 53 Scouting units and growing. Every program of the National BSA is represented here including Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing, Exploring, Futbol Y Los Scouting and Learning for Life. Basically, we have something for everyone.
