Indian Affairs
Trains Ordeal and Brotherhood ceremonies teams, supervises all Ordeal and Brotherhood ceremonies and tapouts, organizes dance teams,prepares ceremonial sites for use.
Membership
Keeps records of all members of the lodge, tracks progress on dues payment, Brotherhood conversions, etc.
Publications
Publishes the Torchbearer, the Membership Guide, the Where to go Camping Guide, and all other lodge publications. Works with the Website committee to maintain an updated accurate website for the lodge.
Service
Superevises and plans all service projects within the lodge, in cooperation with the Council Camping Committee and the Camp Rangers. Oversees Quartermaster operations at functions, appoints and oversees Ordeal and Brotherhood Masters, administrates the Elangomat program in cooperation with Indian Affairs.
Trading Post
Runs trading post operations at all functions, orders lodge supplies, reviews all submissions for lodge memorabilia, including patch design.
Vigil Selections
Supervises and coordinates all Vigil Honor selections and inductions.
Inductions
Elangomat
Recruits and trains elangomats to educate new Ordeal members in the functions and purpose of the Lodge while providing a positive Ordeal experience that reflects the principles of the Order of the Arrow. Promotes retention of Ordeal members.
