Webelos Resident Camp
August 3-7 or August 10-14

Round up your Posse (Webelos Dens for you City Folk) and mosey on down to Camp Powhatanza for this year’s rip-roarin’, high falootin’, toe tappin’ good time!  Now don’t you be fergittin’ that them thar Bear Scouts will be a turnin’ to Webelos effective June 1 and are able to attend as well!

If you’re thinkin’ your Webelos Cowhands are rough enough and tough enough to spend five days and four nights out on the range, then Webelos Resident Camp is the thing for you. Unlike Cub Adventure Camp where each Scout has a parental partner, WRC is set up for Webelos dens.  We want the Webelos to talk up WRC with their friends and come as a group with two or more adult leaders.  If only one Cowhand from a den wants to come with his adult pardner, we will team him up with Cowhands from other Packs.

On August 3 or August 10, begin your Wild West adventure at Camp Powhatanza.  The Blue Ridge Scout Reservation will be transformed into a western town, complete with a jail for any desperados that show up! The cost is $125 per Webelos Scout (including graduating Bears) which includes deluxe campin’ accommodations, hot grub in the mess hall, a WRC t-shirt and patch, and all the activities a Wrangler can handle, and more!
