National Youth Leadership Training
Baden Powells's vision of Boy Scouting was centered on the patrol method and youth leadership. Having well-trained leadership within your troop or crew is an important part of providing agood experience for everyone involved. National Youth Leadership Training program (NYLT) provides youth leaders with valuable leadership and training experience.
