Scouts can use the same ID year after year while with the same unit.

2024 Commission Structure 

1. All online sales will receive a flat 40% commission 
2. Base Commission 30%
   1. Additional 2% commission for unit who pay on/by October 25^th, 2024
   2. Additional 3% commission for Units who Recruit and Register more youth than you did between August 1^st and December 31^st of 2023 by October 4^th, 2024.
   3. Additional 3% commission for units who increase their gross 2024 sale over 2023
      AND the overall council total hits $360,000 in 2024, a 5% increase.
